Welcome to the OC Web Logic Help Desk

If you have a web site change or you are having a problem with your website or emails, please fill out the form below. You will receive a trouble ticket and number. When a representative responds, you will get an automatic email with a status update.

NOTE: We have recently updated our help desk and reset the ticket number system. If you have any outstanding tickets you would like to view, click here to visit our old help desk area. Make sure you have ready your Access Key or the e-mail address you used to submit the ticket.

Click here for helpful tips on ticket submissions. These tips will help us address issues more efficiently.

1. For website changes, please keep in mind the actual webpage on your site when describing the change you would like made. For example:

"On the contact page: 'www.yoursite.com/contact.html', please change..."
include the full url of the page on which you want changes

2. Please refrain from creating multiple help desk tickets relevant to each other. Instead, add a message to the ticket you just created. If you are creating a separate ticket because of the upload limit of three files, adding a message to the new ticket will allow you to upload additional files.
